Meet Brad Kearns, an Athlete who has no limits.

Brad talks about when he got his ass kicked many times and only then did he realize that his impersonality flaws got the better of him, but regardless, he still wanted to compete at the top level with the very best. He says that he had to make adjustments like resting more and regulating his heart rate, thus sticking with the plan patiently. Brad Kearns narrates about a dream he had of becoming an athlete his whole life. It was difficult because he was a young guy in the game trying to compete, but he says that he enjoyed that challenge. In his first year, he upset the top-grade guys in the world, and right there he made his name known to the people. Asked if his training times were commensurating with where he should be, Brad says you have to cultivate the natural sense of confidence which builds gradually through hard work. Asked whether he's been living a ketogenic lifestyle which is believed to be a suitable lifestyle for athletes, he replies by echoing about a recent discovery where your body adapts to be a fat-burning machine without the necessity of external calorie ingestion. What's needed is to change your diet into one that has fewer carbs (he explains it so well) Brad Kearns emphasizes that the best way to get into ketosis is through fasting rather than taking in lots of fat.
