DO YOU NEED CARBS AND FIBER?
The answer for this question is more simple than you may think. Do you need carbs to rebuild cells? Do you need carbs to produce hormones? Do you truly need carbs to function? The answer is an astounding NO. Carbs are fuel. Pure and simple! 1g carbohydrate= 4 calories. Therefore, 200g carbs= 800 calories. An intense weight training session requires only 200 total calories. Therefore, where is the other 600 calories going? Add another 50g protein, which is another 200 calories and you just overfilled your gas tank. Comment below on your thoughts and questions.
